Our family-owned company Şenkaya Çelik Döküm Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. was founded in Bornova-İzmir in 1969 and relocated to Kemalpaşa Industrial zone in 2006. Our company currently has an open area of 18.000 m² and a closed area of 10.000 m². Thanks to our growing sales volume, we have increased our foundry’s capacity to 9.000 tons/year in 2006. Thanks to our 2 automatic resin and sand moulding machines and hand moulding, we can produce parts from 5 kg up to 4.000 kg.

Our company exports more than 85% of its production to Europe mostly (Germany, France, Czechia, The UK, Netherlands, Italy, Portugal, Lithuania, Egypt) and produces castings from low-carbon, manganese, stainless, heat and wear resistant and high alloy steel for our customers.

Our company values technology, quality and customer satisfaction. Equipped with 3D laser impression control system, fully-fledged laboratory for non-destructive testing, microstructure examinations, mechanical testing equipment and heat treatment and machining workshops, we produce ready -to-install castings for our customers.

Since our establishment time 1969, we have been supplying castings for the automotive, stacking and lifting technology, energy, cement, pump and valve, construction, heat treatment and mechanical engineering industries with its experienced staff. We especially experienced on steel casting parts (grate bars) for waste incineration plants.
