Requests for quotations from the customer are evaluated by the technical and sales departments. 2D and 3D dimensional drawings are made and a proposal is presented to the customer within a maximum of 3 days in line with the feasibility of the project.
Projects that turn into orders are evaluated by the technical department. The technical drawings subject to the project are checked, 2 and 3 dimensional drawings are made and the appropriate method is determined by transferring them to the Novacast Flow & Solid Casting Simulation program.

The products produced are first packed in accordance with the road conditions and made ready for shipment by putting them in boxes, on one-way pallets in accordance with ISPM15 standards and in line with the customer’s request.
